How, exactly, did a cigarette company get involved with NASCAR in the first place? And what happens to all of all of that old Winston Cup memorabilia now? A lawsuit might decide.
I will say that is one of the biggest problems museums are facing today. They obviously want to preserve things from the past but often how they got those items in the first place is where legal issues plague them(whether or not those actually arise).
