FWIW, there's a midnight train to Georgia from Greensboro. Amtrak, the Crescent. Strictly speaking, it leaves at 12:22 am.
I rode it down there a few years ago to go to a conference in Atlanta, and could barely sleep because that song kept running through my head.
This was years ago, but can confirm she used to play a good bit of tennis in the Asheville area. I played a few times in close proximity to her. Also used to go to the same gym in Asheville as Andie "Rose" Macdowell.
