There are more than 40 different milkshakes to try at America's greatest regional fast food chain. But when you mix? INFINITE POSSIBILITIES. Here's your chance to show what you know.
Ordered a PB Fudge and a Reese's Cup together by mistake once. My wife said it was pretty good.
Looking a what combos would be the worst together, there aren't as many as I thought there would be. Interestingly, some of them that do sound bad are ones that are right next to each other on the menu. Mocha and Orange Push-up for example, or Oreo Mint and Peach.
I get a CookOut milkshake most weekends after climbing outside. The best CookOuts in the state are the one in Elizabeth City and the one in W-S off 52, exit 115, next to Taco Bell (which is also the hook-up). Sometimes I get milkshakes that don't taste good even after a day of outdoor exercise.
Mint chocolate peanut butter somehow tastes like chicken satay.
Cappuccino blueberry first tastes like one, then the other, and is less satisfying than either.
In the interest of accuracy there are NOT infinite possibilities. I count 41 different flavors, including 5 cheesecakes. This means there are 2 to the 41st power minus one possibilities or 2,199,023,255,551 possibilities. Of course in the months when watermelon or eggnog are available the possibilities increase to 4,398,046,511,103.
My best friend likes it simple - chocolate m&m, he's ordered it this way since he arrived in NC from Illinois a few years ago, blew my mind they would just do that for us. Never thought to ask.
Recently I've stumbled onto the hot fudge milkshake, and honestly it's the best chocolate one on there but I kind of want to add cherry to it after having the chocolate chip cherry shake.
Peanut butter fudge leaves a bit desired in terms of how strong the peanut butter is, perhaps adding the hot fudge to it would make it more chocolatey and balance it slightly more?
I love peanut butter fudge and Reese's cups. In college, one of my friends wanted to get 20 flavors mixed together for her 20th birthday, but they would only let her mix eight at a time so she got two eight-flavor shakes and one four-flavor.
Banana pudding with Butterfingers. A former art director turned me on to this one.
Probably the best combo I've tried (my buddy Ryan Ogilvy came up with this) is banana pudding, butterfinger, AND walnuts.
I'm new to NC so didn't know a shake mix was possible! I'm already dreaming about eggnog-cappuccino come December.....
Watermelon and hush puppies?
Hush puppies dipped in cheerwine float is better.
You ask them to put hush puppies in the shake? Can we do that? Corn dog and chocolate malt?
All Cook Out crime is legal today.
Strawberry cheesecake with Oreo!!!!! It’s been my go to for years it’s so good.
Chocolate malt and cherry cheesecake
This letter better improve quickly or I'm gone!
WELP
Really?! Best one in a hot minute IMO

They're infinite because differing amounts make differing shakes. 3/4 chocolate and 1/4 vanilla is very different from the inverse.
That's true. I'd love to see the look on the person at the drive-thru window when I order "1/2 flavor one, 1/4 flavor two, 1/8 flavor three ..."
I used 40 flavors...you are taking it to the next level!!
I know it’s a bit odd, but I enjoy dipping hush puppies in a cheer wine float. Kind of like fries in a Wendy’s frosty, but more North Carolinian.
Caramel - Cappuccino - Heath Toffee
Chocolate Cobbler. I'm a basic boy. I look forward to putting on my lab coat and trying some of these.
Chocolate cob all the way! Honestly anything with cobbler added to it is the way to go
I’m all about the Walnut shake. When you get near the bottom and eat the wet walnuts with a spoon is heaven on earth.

I really like cappucino and oreo.
